We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy before requesting a return.

Return period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending any item back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled.
  • In its original packaging, with included parts and accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval may not qualify for a standard return.

How to request a return

Email info@varronssupercharger.com with:

  • Your name and order number.
  • The item you want to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent back without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

For a standard return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we confirm that we sent the wrong item, or that an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping.

Inspection and refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll contact you with the outcome. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@varronssupercharger.com if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Warranty claims

Warranty claims are handled under the applicable warranty terms. Contact us at info@varronssupercharger.com for help with a warranty issue.

Applicable rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law provides a remedy, that law takes precedence over this policy.
